[Resolved] IFB Industries — Microwave service | |||
Dear sir/madam, I registered a complaint (Complaint no.[protected] regarding ifb microwave on dated 12 sept 2016. On same day, a technician attended that call and checked my bill for free warranty service and suggested that within 2 or 3 days they will replace the "button panel" to fix this problem. On 17 sept and 18 sept, i called customer care again to tell them that my problem is still pending. As response, they gave me a vendor number that is [protected]. I called them many times from 18 sept 2016. Every time they said that they will fix it tomorrow. I want to know the meaning of "tomorrow". As per my experience with ifb customer service, tomorrow means "harass the cutomer" or "problem will fix never". Is it so? Till now i don't find any solution. My ifb customer id is : 11207494.
