[Resolved] IFB Industries — Non attendance to complaint[protected] and forcing to get EMI done | |||||
Sir I Rajni Vasisht had complained about my faulty microwave oven (complaint no.[protected] on 8th October. The concerned person came on the same day and opened up the microwave and told us that he will come back in 2 or 3 days. Also he was constantly pressurizing us to get EMI done for it. It has been almost 20 days(as of 26th October) since then and even after several calls and complaints on your customer care number, the person hasn't shown up yet and the microwave lies open and non functional till date. Moreover he keeps on forcing to get the EMI done and asks us not to complaint on the company's customer care number, rather to contact him directly on his personal number. I, therefore, kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and send the concerned IFB official to get the issue resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
