Regarding customer service Department Installation/Job Sheet. Job no . FRUD001/17660. Customer code 1046120.Ticket 18483032.Call date 28Sept.2016;02:46pm. The complaint was attended by Mr. Krishna Prakash on 29Sept2016 at 1:08 pm.He came with the Job sheet pre- marked in the Problem :MACHINE DEAD. He insisted for the advance Service Charges of Rs.576/- with out even touching or inspecting the problem with in the washing machine. His behaviour was erratic. He received the the bill amount of Rs. 576 and was not ready to give the Job sheet compliance saying that he is not been given any duplicate Job sheet paper. I had to get it xeroxed at my own end. Comments given on the job sheet after lot of persuatations as "S.S Unit(Control Unit) burnt". He could not specify or provide code no. of the burnt part inspite of repated calls even to his office (Mr. Vikram). Comments: Not at all satisfied.
