[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service Cheating | |||||
Hi, My IFB Washing machine had some complaint that its drum stop working. I registered a complaint in their service centre (Kozhikode). Their people initially told us we could extend the warranty by paying 3000 Rs and you could get new drum, also if paying 5000 they will change the old drum to brand new one..and decided to get new drum, they arrived at the my house after many days (Months).. and what they did was they bought an old drum to fit in my washing machine. When we saw the drum, its was untidy and can easily understood that it is an old one..When we enquired about the condition, initially they ignored us saying its brand new after long talk and raising voices, they finally revealed that it is an old drum and what surprised me was there reply. What they told us was "This all things always happens in everywhere and they cant do anything". This really is a matter of cheating customers. Is IFB cheating customers? I need to get a new drum as promised and i don't need an old drum by paying for a new one.. if IFB notices my message and for more details mail me at [protected]@gamil.com Complaint was registered in Kozhikode IFB Service Centre.
