[Resolved] IFB Industries — Top loading washing machine/e4 | |||||
Dear team, This is very sad to write you mails over and over again and not getting any revert, this is very dis satisfying for a ifb user and is making me loosing trust in such good brand. I have filed 3 complaints regrading an e4 error been occurred in my top loading ifb washing machine. Few technicians visited and after changing many parts the washing machine is still showing the same error. First of all it takes several efforts and calls to ensure the technicians visit to check the machine. And after several visits they are not qualified/equipped enough to solve the problem. Its been 5 months the problem persists. Pleas find below the complain numbers: March 9th ticket 17513407 Ticket 17431670 Ticket 17534266 Ticket 17622876 I can only request you guys to fix it if possible or provide me an exchange washing machine, if none of your technician knows how to fix e4 error. Another ticket for the same Error (E4) has been raised, technician visited, but seems no one has a solution to the this problem. I fail to understand why has IFB designed such error codes when no one is able to crack.
Its been more than 4 months the problem persists and I have been really harassed by the irresponsible behavior of the company.
Tell me one reason why I should not file a legal case against IFB.
