[Resolved] IFB Industries — Unable to resolve issue while machine is under warranty

I purchased Elite Aqua SX 7KG fully automatic washing machine in AUG 2014. So far machine was running good and didn’t have any issue.
Last week i used IFB descale to clean the machine. But after using descale color of drum has changed to very dull (Grey), rough surface! In technical terms stainless steel drum has lost its surface finish (bright appearance). Cloths have started becoming rough.
I launched complaint on 24th AUG to fix this issue but service center/technician is not ready to replace drum under warranty. There feedback is - since descale was done by customer IFB won’t give drum replacement, if this issue would have been caused by IFB personnel than they are ready to give drum replacement. IFB should understand that machine is used by Customer not by their WELL trained service staff.
IFB warranty policy is fake! Company is selling product under 100% warranty for 4 years but unable to stick to their commitment.
Why IFB is selling Descale which is causing issue and company is not ready to fix? One way company is making money by selling descale and other hand by charging customer for drum.
