With due respect and diligence i have been associated with ifb as a customer past 3 years but it is really disappointing to write an email for the service provided by the brand with which i have been associated longtime.
Here is the details which now leads me to reach out and complaint the support team- in the month of february we lodged a complaint for getting our washing machine rectified for which the engineer turned up to our home after many follow ups thereafter on investigation of the damages in the machine it was told that parts are unavailable and will be requested from the main centre.
This acquiring itself took almost two months that too after follow ups, as in april our machine was finally took for service.
But the agony does not stop here as again on follow ups it was told that some more parts are still to be acquired which will take another 10days (Which was even not a sure timeframe as always ).
I request you to please speed up on this as i do not want to have my machine out for another month or two.
I am really dissatisfied for no communication on the delays and not even on the status by the service centre, indeed they have lost the customer satisfaction.
I hope that this would be addressed at the earliest and i can continue using the appliance bought from ifb for my family's comfort.
