[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine - no proper response /resolution of ticket from customer care or from ifb local area manager or technician | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have registered the ticket on 18th Jan with IFB customer care (CC) and one of the technicians came to my home to resolve that ticket said that the electronic circuit has to be replaced since it was rat bite but the technician or customer care has not contacted me after that I called 'n' number of times but there was no response from the technician.He asked me to contact his area manager.I have called customer care on feb 1st and the person told me that the ticket has been closed with the comments 'Customer call back' which is one of the worst comments which I have experienced in my life. I have asked the customer care agent as to why the ticket has been closed with my acknowledgement.They don't have answer for that. CC person has again logged the ticket (ticket no:[protected])and assured that somebody will contact me but no one has called me until I call again on 04th feb.I would say IFB customer care is worst and they are asking me to contact local area manager instead of they taking up responsibility and following up with them.They gave me the local area manager. I called the local area manager(Sundar) and he assured that my issue will be resolved on 05th feb at any cost but one of his technician called me and told that they have not received the spare parts and hence it will be resolved on 06th feb I tried to call the area manager from yesterday evening and no response.Today I called the technician asked for the status but he is putting blame on area manager stating if the spare parts are arranged then he will come and fix it. I really don't know whether they really know the meaning of customer care or not.We bought this machine from IFB on the basis that they will provide good customer support but they are not actually. Please somebody help me in getting this issue resolved at the earliest.Also I would prefer them to fix this issue without any cost as I lost most of my time in following up with these guys and they disrespected me by not providing any proper response or status till now.
