My Permanent Customer ID is 1268555 based in Bengaluru. I have taken an Annual maintenance contract (AMC) for 2 years till August 2016. Now, since the past 8 days I'm calling the IFB Customer Care Centre. They gave some phone numbers of service center's who never pick up the calls. Till now no service personnel has come
