Washing machine elite dx 5.5kg Complaint: 1. Amc requested 2 months back not processed 2. No transparent problem resolution system Request made with necessary application form and cheque not finalised. Understand from my bank that amc payment cheque was returned due to signature error. Despite repeated requests no response. Contact details of company officer to whom issue can be escalated for solution is not available. Problem going in circles for 2 months Regards K. Sunder
