[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Worst service by IFB - Problem not resolved more than 2 months

Dear Sir,
I am customer of IFB Washing Machine. I have registered a old complaint No: [protected] on 18th dec 2015 & new complaint no: [protected] (washing machine model: IFB Senator Front LOAD 6 Kg) and it is not under warranty.
After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and some few spares and the cost would be around Rs. 8050/-. The same amount Rs.8050/- paid on 10th jan 2016 for the spares replacement. But the problem not resolved, again we have registered complaint, but they not ready attend the problem. We tried to contact manager and service man but irresponsible answer from them, even they are asking & shouting us " why you are calling".
when ever we call to toll free number they open new complaint number and they closed old complaint number. Finally, the service man came after several follow-ups and mails. Again, they told us to replace some spares but they are not giving us the confirmation for the problem rectification.

I told them to refund the paid money for the spares OR resolve the problem. But they are not at all listen and not ready to attend the problem. They forced us to take AMC for this machine for the problem rectification.
I thought IFB is world no:1 company for washing machines, but very worst service .I don’t know why the people expecting world no:1 with worst service, you people don’t know and not able to identify the problems.
We are following with this service centre more than 2 months. But the problem not resolved.
Kindly look into this issue and resolve the problems.

My machine is not working 2-1-2016. output wetter problem. I am call to customer service 6-1-2016complaint registered Ticket no [protected], Technician was comming 9-1-2016.temporary solve. The Problem is repeated[protected].I am call customer service call Ticket now.[protected].I called so many time's local service center DHARANI SERVICES KARIMNAGAR ([protected], [protected]).There is no response. I called in customer service so many time's each time they rise a complaint ticket and promised technician follow up within 24hours but nobody care to call me to update about visit or delay in Vista been more than 2months. Query Your engineer come on 28.07.18, and said shock observer is the problem. And recommend to replace shock observer, Cost is Rs.2500/-. Also he collected Rs.590/- as a service charges. He said this is valid for one month. And also he forcing me to take AMC for two years for Rs.6, 000/- I called on 04.08.18 and 06.08.18. But he said stock is not available. I know IFB is a good company, But why this is happening. It will affect the IFB sale / IFB Brand name.

After 13 Days, Today Technician come and corrected the problem. He changed the Shock observer cost of Rs.1, 800/-. And changed the water filter cost of Rs.1, 850/-. Thanks for Your good services.
