[Resolved] IFB Industries — Wrong instructions given for tub cleaning

I bought senorita aqua sx model during aug 15. During installation, ifb person has demonstrated tub clean mode and he has given IFB de scale powder which he asked us to do the tub cleaning every one or two months. We have done tub clean process by selecting tub clean option given in the selector knob using IFB descale powder. After 1.5 hours, we found that steel coating provided in the drum was totally vanished. We raised complaint and service person has called and told we are not supposed to use the tub clean mode given in the selector knob. I asked him if i am not supposed to use the same, why have you given the option and why your installation guide says the same? He could not answer me and he told you contact customer service and gave one no which is out of order???????????? for the past 3 weeks no body has responded from IFB and i could not use my 32000 machine????????? Though product is good, their service is the poorest.

I called Chennai service head and he has sent one service person and replaced the drum with new one. Thanks for his swift response. Expecting IFB to respond as quick as possible because generally people feel IFB service is poor.
