IFB — Microwave Demo and Installation Delay for 4 days | |||
Hi, I have purchase "IFB 25SC4 25 L Convection Microwave Oven" on 23-Jan-2015. As per after delivery of product demo and installation are provide within 48 hours, but not any guy are coming from my location. This is very poor service and customer dissaticfaction. Pls provide reason why any engineer or technical person are not come in my location ? IFB company representative called me up today Morning and told that they will roll back the transaction made on FlipCart for my Microwave and they will Take Back The Product . Hopping IFB don't have Demo Team for their products.
Awaiting a revert or Demo Appointment for Tomorrow.
