[Resolved] IFB — Microwave Oven Complaint not attended Twice | |||
I have IFB Microwave Oven(I still regret, why I purchased IFB). I have given complaint 3 times since 18-Aug-2014. But to my surprise, their Service center person call and set up a time and did not reached and when I called him, he switched off his cell. I complained this thing to them, they says your ticket is closed from Service center side, when I narrated the same they raise 2nd request to which I still waiting a response. I am still in same trouble, its been almost 20+ days, my microwave complaint is not taken care. Please let me know what to do. Iam good to register the complaint in Consumer Court.
