[Resolved]  IFB — Microwave oven - Touch pad not working.

I bought a IFB microwave oven several months back, now the microwave Touch Panel is not working.i registered complaint . one person came from IFB and told that touch panel is damage and is need to be replace but he told me that since your microwave is under warranty, you need not to pay for touch panel, and he replaced it . now after three days he calls and told me that touch panel is NOT covered under warranty and you have to pay 564 rs..and i am sending bill to your address...now is touch pad really don't come under warranty ??

IFB is a horrible company!they say they does not have a touch pad spare for 20SC1 microwave oven.Also response from IFB team is pathetic.Dont buy IFB microwaves.

The quality of the microover is not also good.
Take longer time to warm up food.

My IFB microwave model 25BCSD1 has some probelms. The light in the microwave is flickering when turned on, and the touch pad's on and off button isn't working. It was brought in 2019.
