I have made a complaint that my washing machine is not working on 10th may, 2015 (Complain number[protected], a technician came and inspected the it but the issue was not resolved and we never heard from you again.
We have been calling customer care endless number of times and you always told us that someone would arrive.
On 22nd may, 2015 we made the complaint yet again(Complain number[protected]. You assured us that the issue will be resolved in "24 hours" and yet no one has arrived to fix our washing machine.
I kindly request you to do something about this.
