[Resolved] IFB — no response for the customer complaints | |||
We purchased ifb washing machine in Jan 2012 and warranty is there till January 2016. After the wash the clothes were not getting dried we have made a complaint on this issue directly with the technician and after 4 days technician came and done some repair went saying that we will bring machine washing powder use continuously 3 to 4 times then the dust will go out. After a week I.e. On 18th July 2015 technician brought the powder and again he started to repair the machine and disconnected all the cables and opened the machine with the help of another technician was doing some repair n removed some dust from it and it was already 7.30 pm and technicians left leaving the machine as it is saying that will come Sunday I.e on 19th July at 11 am. Technicians didn't turn up on that day n when we treid to call he was disconnected the call . We started tocall up service centre from 20th July and they were replying that they will send the the person and we waited 1 more day. Again technician dint come we spoke to proprietor that also didn't work and we tried to reach senior management but the person didn't pickup the call and made many complaints calling up to customer care, they were also promising that we have escalated the issue n will be sorted out. Really fed up the kind of service we are experienced with.. Request you all to look into the issue and dothe needed at the earliest as we do not have other options to wash the clothes and ours is a joint family n it is more than 10 days as of today.
