MY CUSTOMER ID IS: 3637746. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS: 12071348. NOBODY HAS ATTENDED TO THE SERVICE PROBLEM OF MY WASHING MACHINE. I HAVE CONTACTED CALL CENTER & IFB CHENNAI MANY TIMES. CAN IFB MANAGEMENT INTERVENE TO GIVE BETTER SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS. WE BELIEVED BEING A GERMAN TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT. WASHING MACHINE HAS PROBLEM & BESIDES IFB SERVICE SUPPORT IS VERY POOR I HAVE CONTACTED MR DURGA RAO, MS. SRIDEVI, MR RAVI GANESH & MANY...EVERY BODY PROMISES BUT NO RESULT... I HOPE IFB MANAGEMENT TAKES THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY.
