[Resolved] IFB — not working

my first complaint was on 29.09.14 complaint number 11784163. the mechanic came repaired some thing. .Machine worked for one day and stopped working afterwards. Since the machine is not working I have informed the matter to the mechanic.he visited my house.He told me that some parts are not available with them and they will get it soon.It is more than ten days back.Nothing happened afrewards. I have complained again on 14.10 14 and the complaint number is 11826935. my customer number is 1232567
