[Resolved] IFB — Poor installation of new IFB | |||
I have purchased an AC of IFB with 1.5 T 3 star split specification which was installed on 20 April 2015 in the eve. Next day when we switched on and used it, the water is flowing out in huge amount from the front foor of split AC. I immediately called the person who installed it, but he kept saying, I will send someone to rectify but actually he did not. I then registered my complaint with IFB customer care. They provided be the number of some franchisee service centre : Singh Enterprise. When I called on this number, it was switched off. Every time I called the customer Service number, I am told that your matter is escalated, but where ? Why my problem is not resolved? why no one from IFB service centre is responding or calling? I again called, I was provided the number of Babita - Area Manager, I called her on 23. Apr, she did tell me that she will look into the matter and send someone to rectify. I did not buy the AC to suffer with poor installation and post service issues. I wish to return the AC and buy some other good brand with good post service response.
