I am extremely disappointed with your poor service and unprofessional service provided by IFB. I have made a complain No[protected] on 26th July 2015 and this complain has not been closed despite calling call center more than 10 times. The poor service provided my manager and false promises made as lost my husband 2 working days and considerable energy wasted by my family.
Call center, gave me contact each time of supervisor (Mr Kiran) and then Manager (Mr Suraj) and they keep on promising that they will fix the issue but they have not lived up to promise. They have ruined so many days by promising that they will come on specific time and they did not turn up, resulting on my time loss, my husband time loss.
I have 6 months old kid to take care of. Because of your poor service my clothes has been lying for more than week and we have incurred financial loss after paying AMC.
How can we recover our damages and harassment incurred because of poor services you have provided. i am personally suffering because of your poor quality, poor services, lack of technical abilities and false promises and want to launch campaign for our grievances. Was this information helpful? |
