[Resolved] IFB — Poor servicing regarding handling of complaints

Elena Steam fully automatic washing machine. Recently its power supply
part needed to be replaced and your representative had visited my place
and had assured me that the required part will be delivered within one
week of his visit. And now it has been more than two weeks neither I
have received it nor I have got any information regarding its status of
delivery. I am seriously disappointed with the services and I feel its
pathetically poor. Client is totally unaware with the services and at
times it becomes so difficult to get to your service stations. IFB being
such a big international brand should hold some credibility towards its
clients.I hope to hear from your side as soon as possible. My complaint
