IFB — problem with your service

we had purchased IFB washing machine front open, , 6 months back, we had set a compliant regarding water is leaking . after 7 days your service people responded and came and seen the washing machine told, Rubber inside the machine had some problem. so we can change it by 2 days, afterwards, , no service people came and rectified until now, , it had been nearly 1 month from the date of service people.. we had lodged a compliant regarding also, , but your people are not responding. if this is happening like that ... there is no other go for me for going consumer forum immediately.If you are unable to provide service what is the use of the people purchasing your product by spending lot of money.
