IFB — Product not delivered

When my Order #[protected] can be delivered? It has already been 14 days. Ideally, it should take 3-5 days and still showing as processing. Someone called from your side and assured to get it delivered same day but since those chain of calls it has another 7 days and status is same - undelivered. Who will pay for the delay ? Will IFB pay the penalty for not keep promise? IFB dealer called and refused to give me packing of 2 (as per order) and said that it can give less than 5 even though i ordered online for pack of 2.
