[Resolved] IFB — Product not working | |||
I have an IFB microwave and I had registered a complain with them on 21st Nov and technician came and said the motor is burnt and he would get a new motor in maximum 2-3 days. Today's date is 7th Dec and till now they are not coming to fix it. I have called the helpline number many times and every time they are very apologetic and assure me that definitely the next day it will be fixed. This is the worst service that I have seen. Highly disappointed with the technical support provided by IFB definitely would not recommend anyone to buy any IFB products. Was this information helpful? | |||
