r/s i am an ardent customer of IFB. I have bought a microwave oven (30SC3)on 22nd sept 2014 from your dealer IFB Point bhilai (C.G) .It bears Sr. No.[protected] & Mf.Yr.2011. We had problems with your appl. regularly as (01) on 09/12 /14 the M/C stopped working. Tkt.# 14435096 . It was repaired on 24/12/14. i.e after 15 days. (02) on 01/01/15 again the M/C stopped working.Tkt.#14604263. It was repaired on 20/01/15, (i.e after 20 days) and i was again assured firmly that it will work perfectly now..but... (03) on 28/01/15 .Tkt# 14795606, it again started malfunctioning in a new way i.e it has started restarting itself even after its set time is complete occasionally, and its not been attended till dt. sir, i am very sorry to infer that firstly i have only used the m/c for only for 2 months of 4 months i had bought it. secondly, i am starting to believe that i have been sold an old faulty M/C manufactured 4 yrs. earlier deliberately. otherwise why a brand like IFB would not replace a M/c that has been having problems repeatedly expecting your early interception BHUDEB DAS Ad. 5/a, str.04 sec .02 Bhilai (C.G) 490001.
