[Resolved] IFB — Replaced sare part | |||
I made a complaint to replace the motor of Senator machine. Your Technician replaced the motor and charged for that as it is not under warranty or under AMC. He is saying the old part is IFB Property and he wants to take it with him. When I paid 100 %for the part including service charge, how he can claim the old part?
