[Resolved]  IFB — Replacing of drum in washing machine

Respected sir/ Madam, Product Model: EXE + Year of purchase: 2004 AMC* Valid from: 29/6/2015 to 28/6/2017 Date of Bill: 29/06/2015 Customer name: DHANAPAL D Customer code: 4085641 contact number:[protected] Franchisee name: CAPFAM IFB ticket Number:[protected] I would like to register a complaint regarding the customer service of IFB. The machine had a leakage, so a complaint was raised with regards to that. A complaint was raised on 27/6/2015 by contacting the customer care number[protected]. An amount of Rs.3700/- as basic and service tax of Rs.518 totaling Rs.4218 has been paid to the service person and a bill has been issued with regards to that for AMC*. No steps has been taken till date. we were given the contact details of the Manager. When inquired about the status it was informed that it would be replaced within a month. When we contacted after a month there was no response and we got the information from the Manager stating that he would give a call back. Still there is no response. It is really annoying that a company with such reputation does not heed to the complaints of the customer and by this loosing the value of it name among its valid customers.
