Complaint registered for Washing Machine Model No -Digital7KG, S.NO- 03109, Customer ID 1933148 AMC dated - 2/11/2013, S.No - 9708, Complaint number[protected] We have purchesed a washing machine through CSD Canteen, from the moment we purchased we faced lot of problems on servicing part.When we stressed more on that someone said without paying AMC people will not respond(happened last 1 year back). Now we have taken an AMC and registerd a complaints 1 month back i.e on 31st Dec 2013. From that day problem has not resolved. After lot of followup's(15th Jan, 16th Jan, 21st Jan) someone told to my mom that there is a bearing issue which can be replaced and he told it will take 3 days time.No response till date. These are the numbers which we have contacted - [protected], [protected]/101/108 -No response from these numbers. And today i have sent a mail and said them iam going to media and register a complaint then they started calling me back again saying it takes 1 week time. This is what is a response from a company like IFB. I begged, I screemed and Shouted.The moment I said i'l take this washing machine and call in public media and through it infront of Public and w'l say dont purchase this machine ..It is only for Use and Through machine not for permanent usage. Then they have sent a person on 21st but no use. After all these trash i spoke to them today stating i am going with a complaint through consumer court and News papers.

4-5 days back i had a call from customer care for free service. 1 day later a service guy attended for servicing but as the machine was switched on at the moment, he left without doing anything and forced my younger son to sign on the statement that the servicing had been done. So i would request you to find out who had been sent for servicing and take serious action against him and please arrange for another free servicing as I am facing problems with my machine.

I have been following up with them since then with no resolution till date, even calls to the service manager - [protected] and area service manager Mr Vignesh - [protected]. I've made atleast 30 calls so far on a daily basis.

Today I called up the ifb service center and they informed me that the ticket has been cancelled. How can the ticket be cancelled without the issue being resolved

And I have been given new ticket details

I am posting this on social media so that the superiors in the organisation take note of this and resolve the issue

This is such a bad experience that I will never buy IFB products
No Service inspite of having 2 tickets lodged for service
