[Resolved] IFB — Washing machine

I have some issue in my washing machine i booked a compliant on 13.7.15, they send one technician he said some problem in the water inlet, so he need to bring the material and to be changed .Till now no proper response from customer care .
My ticket no [protected], it is in the warranty period.
