[Resolved]  IFB — washing machine door is not closing properly

Dear sir/ Madam I am L. Anantha Rama krishnan, residing in Anna nagar, Chennai. Day before yesterday, (26/11/2014) we have received a call from IFB asking our permission to send the service engineer for the AMC service. We agreed and the person came for the service. He de assembled all the parts and checked for any blocks and scaling. Finally he did chemical washing. During deassembling he did n't put the spring in the rubber sleeve properly. Now the machine is not working and the door is not closing properly we have requested him to check and correct it. After a number of calls throughout the day, the service engineer is not attended the problem and not responded. We are unhappy with the service rendered.
