[Resolved]  IFB — Washing machine front load

My washing machine was broken in june'15 and the complaint has been raised immediately, complaint number 15942569. no field support person visited the spot and they dragged the compliant for month without any progress. i have called the customer care number to get the update and i was told that the compliant has been closed and new compliant is raised in aug'15, complaint number 16372371. i have spoken to so many people in the customer care and all are useless. It's been four months since i have raised the original complaint and the issue is not yet resolved. This is the worst service i have never seen and even on the website there is nothing to escalate to higher lever except the customer care details. Ti have spoke to these guys from the customer care support and all them are just passing the time by saying some crap reason to the customer. 1) vinay 2) bharath (area manager) 3) satish etc I feel it's the time to shutdown the company completely or sell it to a different company who can provide better service.
