This is regarding my Ticket no: [protected] & [protected]
For replacement of existing faulty door frame & R gasket tube
I have log complaint date 16.12.2015 for above said problems, still this call has not resolved and no action/reply on the same.
I have contacted several times to your customer care complaint no.[protected] & [protected].
and found not any answer, commitment, reply & confirmation by your representative.
Every time i got committed by your representative i.e. complaint will be attended & resolved within 24 Hrs.
I have also contacted & talk to no. given by you on [protected] Mr. Ritesh/Prasad, they also failed to their commitment given as 1 hr.
More than 50 days are gone and no reply, commitment, confirmation by IFB on same.
I have found IFB is one of the most WORST, BAD, UNCOMMITTED SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA compare to other brand in India.
Also the very frustrating service by customer service by IFB which i have noticed.
I don't know when my call was attended, but in future i never do mistake again to buy any IFB product & recommend to other people.
