[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — No action against complaint

No service against complaint I have made a complaint on 27th sept 2015 and my ticket no. is 16524470 but no technician visited on monday so i made an another complaint on 28th the customercare told me they put a reminder against my complaint & told me that technician Mr. rahul will visit resolve your problem very soon but no call from sevice centre & no techinician visit my home tuesday too. So i again call customercare & i told him that i want to talk to their senior but they deny & put me on hold & later they told me mobile no. of Mr. Alok raman[protected]. I call him & ask about my compaint, they told me that the technician will visit & solve your problem by today but no one visited. Again i call customercare then they have given me Miss Karishma mobile no. [protected] & i call her then she told me that your problem will get solve by tommorow. I wait for technician on next but no visit no call from service center & technician, then i call miss karishma again then she put on conference with service centre then they told me that your problem will resolve between 3 to 6 pm on that day. later on i got a call from sercive centre, some Mr. Praveen told me that today is their closing day so they cant come & your problem will resolve on next day by 11am but on next day no visit till 1 pm so again i call mr. praveen to know my the technician status. he told me that he made a reminder to Mr. Ashish (technician) & he will come soon. Later on 3 pm Mr. Rahul Visit my home to inspect my machine problem & told me that wire hireness will change & he will call me to tell me the status of wire hireness in service centre by tomorrow but no call till now.
