IFB — washing machine not working science more than 20 days and it is in guarantee

i have purchased a front load washing machine aqua aleena 6 kg from reliance store Z sqaure mall, the mall kanpur about 9 months back. this machine is dead from 9 th of the april 2015. i made a complaine through moblie on customer care number and three day after the complaint has been launched technician came and went back with problem is unidentified. we have to change 3 parts motor, belt and pully. then when i started pursuing the matter and they open full machine but unable to rectify the problem even they dont respond i have to make call to know the progress. still 21 days have been passed the machine is dead but they are saying we are arranging parts we will come today but regularly from last few days. pl take strong action against your employees who are making custome fool day by day and not making my machine ok.
