The Bangalore Service centre and IFB Customer Care has been making my wait and wait and wait on the below for the last onehalf month without remediation. It has been paid to harassed experience with IFB. IFB has been such a bad experience. Complaint Logged on 1st of Feb 2015. Identified for Mother board replacement on 2nd Feb 2015. Since then No action.
