I have bought the IFB washing machine in the year of 2008. Now put an AMC for two years. When I booked a call on 24.03.2014 at 1.42pm, they gave a ticket no. 11306688. but till now no equerry about the booking from concern service center. Was this information helpful? | |||

To bring kind attention to you, that I have mailed a complaint on 04.04.2014 about the service of IFB company. From Chennai they enquired and said that the Hosur branch will call and solve the problem. But till today from Hosur branch nobody has called and enquired about the problem. Whether the company will solve the problem or I have to go for next step. My ticket number is11306688, date of booking is 24.03.2014.
