Damaged product delivered Hi, We purchased a ifb top load washing machine from saravana stores chennai on january 2015. The machine got delivered to us through their transport and installed by ifb team. With in two weeks the machine started to develop huge noise and service complaint was raised. The ifb service franchise attended and informed that the machine base is damaged in transit and mentioned it to be damaged product. He requested for bill copy and took photo of the machine. He commited the spare to be available in two weeks and requested not to operate the machine until that. Its been more than 6 months but no action has been taken yet by the ifb or by the service franchise. I have been raising tickets every month but the service team closes the ticket arbitrarily after 3 weeks. Please find below the tickets raised for the same purpose but not attended or closed to my satisfaction. [protected], e114543, [protected], [protected], [protected]. The issue is not yet closed and i thought of repairing it in outside market also but could not be done as it is a new model and if possible it would cost me more than 3000 inr. Aug 5, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Issue attended in one week by IFB. The sad part in the process was the inefficiency of the ticket system and arbitrary closure of tickets without customers acknowledgement.
