[Resolved] IFB — washing machine vacuum problem

When I turn on the my machine I'm not able listen water filling sound instead of that its giving different kind of sound. I have placed this complaint three times till now, even technicians came to my home but they cannot sort this problem out permanently.So kindly help me out.
