IFB — With no reason IFB kept my complaint on hold

I have logged a complaint[protected] on 19th February to resolve spinning issue. After having following-up with area manager a technician visited on 21st February and he identified the component which has to be replaced. Then he told he come back on 23rd February to replace the defected component. And no one has turned back on Monday and after so many follow-ups with Customer agent, Area service managers, a technician (not the same one visited earlier) visited on 26th without checking the issue with the technician who visited already. They themselves bought one component and again told they will come back. I again called service manager and area manager (these numbers are provided by Customer service people) to escalate the issue and they are highly irresponsible and not even attempting my call. Finally i called customer support and told complaint is "OnHold", and they don't have reason why the complaint is On-Hold. They know what part has to be replaced by 23rd of February itself when the first technician visited, and no idea why it is on hold. And then the customer support is telling escalating it sir and it will get resolved. All these are happening after i paid AMC to them.
