[Resolved]  IFB — worst service

Sir We had made our AMC for IFB Elite 5kg machine on 22/1/2014. We registered the complaint about our repair of our machine (cable-repair, non-rotation of the drum) on 3/2/2014 with the complaint no.1191217. IFB Serviceman Mr.Bhasha attended the complaint and he covered the cable wires with the insulation tapes only. At that time, machine worked, rotated but without clothes, later we loaded with clothes and tried, but the drum didn’t rotate. Again we registered the complaint in the month of March with the complaint no.12589015 Mr.Prasanth IFB Serviceman attended the complaint; he said that the cable wires must be replaced. We have followed the Bangalore IFB service Centre where Mr.Peter, Miss Sangeetha and Miss Mary have informed us every day with the false statement that technician will be send on that day itself but still now, no one came for servicing. Later we approached Mr.Vignesh senior officer he made the conference call with Mr.Peter, Miss Sangeetha and Miss Mary, where they have given the same false statement still now but nothing is put into action. We trusted more on IFB Company and its services but, now, we are getting a worst service where the customers are put in trouble some situation. Kindly take immediate steps for the repair of our machine or else if it could not be done, return back our AMC amount and we will purchase another machine from another company. I HAVE ELITE 5KG, I HAVE AN AMC VALID TILL 22/09/2014, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY GUDUVANCHERY IFB SERVICE STATION, FROM FEBRUARY 2014 I AM FACING PROBLEMS BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT A CLEARED SOLUTION, SERVICE PEOPLE DONT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE WHILE I CALL, THE NUMBERS ARE ([protected], [protected], [protected]), SERVICE PEOPLE BLAIMNG THE COMPANY FOR THE PARTS WHEN THEY COME THAT COMPANY SENDS THEM THE WRONG PARTS
My Customer ID is 2953161 and complain id is 12832734.
I Had some voltage issue in my washing machine and it was rotating very slowly so i raised the complain and then the guy from the service center came and checked something and took the front panel with him saying there is some circuit issue and then he brought it back and spoiled it and nothing is working no lights coming and my machine is full waste now from past 1.5 months am waiting for it to get repaired . Its still in warranty period and the IFB guys are not taking any action really i would suggest you all never go from any IFB products i have never found such case in any other brands.

we have purchased IFB microwave oven 20pg3s ( Rs.6650 ) from prince &co .no.7/4 GST road, chengalpet
We are not satisfied with the product that we are purchased.Because it got repaired for several times and not been rectified so far.So kindly replace the product otherwise we may find some other source to solve the problem.

I purchased washing machine on yesterday night but no once came for instalation till now and they are telling warrnty starts from yeatrday, It is so bad that without installing how they will start warrty, I am going to write article on this on media and will spread this news to all social networks about the worst service of ifb
