[Resolved] IFB — your service never on time. | |||
It's been 10 days since I filed a compliant in your customer care service. 2 guys showed up, both on different days and checked the washing machine fully and the first guy who came even broke one of the machine part. Both men promised to return in two days but yet so signs of them. Your service sucks and my clothes at home stinks. Every time you send a different man to check the machine and he sends other men after 2 days who has no idea what is wrong with the machine. why can't you guys send same person on time to solve our problem. The second guy who suppose to come in 2 days as not shown his face since 5 days and upon questioning says he is on leave and call the company if i have any problem. what is wrong with you guys, that guy does know I have problem and he should have informed to company to replace the parts of my washing machine. The second guy who is worth for nothing, his name is KARTHICK and his mobile no is [protected]. Please this is a humble request from your customer to get at his problem ASAP.
