This was the application I had written to PNG
Sir,
I had applied for png connection on 14th March 2015,
My reference no. is [protected].
Thereafter I deposited the cheque no.689775 on 30/3/2015 which was cleared.
I received the BP no. ( [protected]) on 29/5/15.
Till date we have not got the installation done at our place,
whereby the connections in our neighbouring houses have been undertaken
though they had registered days after us.
On enquiry we came to know that there is no connecting pole in our building
In this regard we had requested for pole installation on 27/7/2015 .
We were assured that the pole(tf) would be installed within a week.
your customer care no. is unresponsive.Not once in last 20 days I was able
to make the call even I tried more than 10 times daily.
Once or twice luckily when connected to your customer care no. earlier I was told that
my request is under process and 90 days have not been passed from the issue of BP no.
In this regard I would like to clear that now since 90 days have passed what procedure would be followed.
I have regularly sent the emails also. (17 july 2015, 31st july, 3rd Aug, 25th Aug, 7th Sept) to no avail.
On 10th sept I received a visit from your side but was given a phone no. of CGO control room to contact.
On calling I was told to visit R.K.Puram office.
What was the purpose of the visit and why I am I required to visit any office.
This is all consumer harrassment., I had simply applied for the png connection and had deposited the cheque when my premises was approved for connection.I was not aware what a TF is and whether our building had a TF or not. On what basis the approval was made and cheque approved .If there was any this kind of requirement why was not the tf installed immediately when my approval was sanctioned.
What steps were taken in these six months please specify
