IGL — Wrong Billing

My BP No is [protected]. I have received a bill of 2458 INR. My only consumption for billing is 16 scm and the bill came for 97 scm. As per the IGL bill, The reading used for billing on[protected] is 337. However, the actual reading on[protected] is 256. The last billing taken was 240 scm. I tried customer care no[protected] but no answer. I have written the emails to customer support but no one cared to reply.
