Iam Tobi George Thomas.Iam a student of IGNOU.My enrolement no is[protected].My regional center is visakapatnam.My assignments are submitted in the study center which is in eluru and form there the marks are sent to the RC but the marks are not updated because of which iam not able to apply for my 3rd year BA exams in july 2015...please do something for this soon..
