Sir,
I fill the online ignou examination form of ba part iii on 19/10/2016 but due to some reason
form was not succesfully done and show that msg error while proceessing
contact regional center new delhi.and my payment is done by debit card .
so plz solve this problem sir. i call ignou some number but no body give the answer
