IIT Kanpur — Excess amount debited from account for GATE 2015 fee.

IIT Kanpur is conducting GATE exam this time(2015). As I paid the fee for the exam by internet banking on 12th of october 2014, it shown to pay still. I called them and enquired about its fault, they advised me to pay again as the excess amount paid by you will be refunded once the given payable last date exceeds. So I've paid again on 13th of same month by debit card with belief on them. But they indicated me " you have to pay the exam fee". Again I enquired, they requested to pay again and pleased for inconvenience. As the last date was on 14th I was forced to pay again and it accepted at last. These many days over but still my refunded money didn't get back. I've already complained in concerned bank but no response from IIT Kanpur GATE and I'm calling to their contacts I've seen in the website but not at all responding to me.
