My complaint is regarding a geyser model msg 15n bearing number x000esaqb9, which was bought last month end from amazon and installed only in first week of nov. 2015. I registered the complaint with customer care department in novemver itself for leakage. The product had been repaired multiple times. After my request for product return, it was conveyed to me by mr. Hridesh that the money would be refunded against return. But all that was verbal, but writen confirmation. Despite my several reminders, there is no response. Now niether product is taken returned nor it is repaired. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Bought food processor form chennai in 2006. Jars damaged and need replacement. Has to travel from Changanassery to bangalore to get it replaced. No service center near Changanassery. Bad service. No response to calls or mails. Only Hindi speaking. Need to replace the whole product too or has to throw it away. No service center near kottayam too.

I brought lnalsa food processor by Amazon but product is damaged after open box please solved my problem without any charges by customer care of inalsa in Ahmedabad
