Income Tax Department — Application to delete 2nd PAN FASPS7781H

(i) My actual PAN CCVPS6534G had lost on 15.06.2013, (ii) after few days I had applied for PAN through a Third party with lost diary and other required docs, (iii)Income Tax department had sent me a fresh PAN FASPS7781H which was second PAN done by mistake indirectly which was illegal. (iv) I had surrendered FASPS7781H on 19.09.2013 of ASK No: [protected] (v) I had directly apply for actual CCVPS6534G in which my all income details are registered and got it within 10 days. (vi) Department could not delete 2n PAN FASPS7781H details after one year, & I had reapply to delete ref. ASK No:[protected] on 30/10/2014 at A.O: ITO WD 24(1), Brahmbho Villa, Kolkata (vii) After 2 to 3 times I was able to meet my AO & then he ordered me for AFFIDAFIT by 1st Class J. Magistrate. (viii) 24(1) AO did not allow me to meet with him & 24(1) section did not accept my original AFFIDABIT at 9th floor, Brahmbho Villa, where as ASK Desk said me to submit the docs original directly to AO.But also I submitted to ASK with ref. [protected] on 14/11/2014. (ix) After the vast history with harrasement, 24(1) section officer said cruelly that my FASPS7781H details will not be deleted by us by others who authorise the same. (x)I had already submit application to Customer care department. PLEASE HELP ME TO DELETE AND KNOW ME WHEATHER THERE IS BALACE DEED or not from my side. ( delay time is 14 months over).
