Income Tax Department — CHANGE IN JURISDICTION

I took pan card from Hyderabad, Andhara Pradesh, but the Jurisdiction is displaying as WARD 2(1) GURGAON. I noticed it around one and half yr back (18 months back). Can you please change it from WARD 2(1) GURGAON to HYDERABAD, TELANGANA. This has created immense troubles in my legal works.I am not able to submit my Income Tax Files and more important works related to PAN CARD.
